Spousal support, often referred to as "alimony," can be complex due to the Court’s discretion regarding eligibility, amount, and duration of payments. We will work with you to establish a personalized framework that addresses your unique circumstances.

When a relationship begins or a marriage takes place without a written agreement, the law imposes certain obligations upon separation. A domestic contract allows the parties to negotiate their own terms regarding issues that may arise after the breakdown of the relationship and to protect assets that would not otherwise be protected under the law.
